When you are at home to regulate your body temperature you have so many options at your fingertips. Should you find you are too warm, you can take a layer off or turn the thermostat down. Should you find you are too cold, you can add a layer (or two!) or even turn the thermostat up. We’ve purposefully avoided mentioning how to regulate the temperature in the office as we know for many that’s a nightmare as it’s out of your control. However, perhaps regulating the temperature when others are in control can be compared to that when you are out in the elements as we cannot control the chill factor in the wind or the warmth we get from the sun.
