A delivery charge of EUR 4 or GBP 6 applies to orders below EUR 80 or GBP 80, as applicable, outside Sweden but within the relevant European markets. Such charges are not shown in your order.
PAYMENT
Through our cooperation with various payment service providers, we are able to offer a number of payment methods. Please note that the payment service provider’s own terms and conditions, which may include charges or fees, and privacy policy may apply. We recommend that you read these terms carefully before selecting a payment method.
Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna, we offer payment by invoice, instalments, credit card and direct payment. The applicable Klarna terms and conditions are available through Klarna.
The invoice is sent separately by email when the order is dispatched by us. The payment period is 14 days. Further information and the full terms and conditions for Klarna’s payment methods are available from Klarna or Klarna Customer Service.
In order to offer Klarna’s payment methods, we may share your contact and order information with Klarna at checkout so that Klarna can assess which payment methods are available to you and tailor them accordingly. Personal data shared with Klarna is processed in accordance with Klarna’s privacy information.
If you have paid using a gift card or used a discount code, please retain the relevant information after completing your purchase. If a product is returned, you may contact us at webshop@baltic.se to request reactivation of the code, where applicable.
DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible after the agreement has been entered into. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability.
We ship orders within Sweden, the EU and the United Kingdom using DHL. In the event of a delivery delay, we will notify you and continue to monitor your order. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, you have the right to cancel the order if the delivery time is expected to exceed 30 working days and the delay is not attributable to you.
UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
Where delivery is made to a collection point, you may be required to provide identification when collecting your parcel. Notification may be sent by email, post or text message. The goods are considered delivered when you collect the shipment. If you do not collect the parcel within the stated collection period, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a delivery and return fee of SEK 95.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When purchasing goods through the Site, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. This means that you may cancel your purchase by notifying us within 30 days from the date on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the ordered product. You may exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying us using the contact details above. You may also use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency or the standard form supplied to you when the agreement was concluded.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to us at your own expense within 30 days of notifying us. Please refer to the ‘Returns’ section below for information about returning products.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the product as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal, provided that we have received the returned product or evidence that you have sent it back. Any deductions or exclusions will be made only where permitted by applicable law.
To receive a full refund, you may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function. For example, you may try on a lifejacket, but you should not use it outdoors. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary for this purpose, we reserve the right to make a deduction corresponding to any reduction in value, where permitted by applicable law.
If you have chosen to pay through Klarna, please follow Klarna’s instructions regarding outstanding invoices and returns. Once we have received and processed the returned goods, the relevant amount will be refunded and Klarna will provide updated payment or refund information as applicable.
RETURNS
To return an item, you may use the pre-printed return label supplied with your parcel. A return delivery charge of SEK 50 applies within Sweden, EUR 5 within the EU and GBP 4 within the United Kingdom. If you do not have a return label, please contact us.
The product must be returned in its original packaging where such packaging was supplied with the purchase, for example the product carton and accompanying packaging. The original packaging must be kept in good condition. Please do not apply tape or labels directly to the original product packaging.
If you choose not to use the pre-printed return label, the return must be sent directly to our warehouse using a business delivery service. Returns sent to a parcel terminal or collection point may remain there for a limited period before being returned to you. Please contact webshop@baltic.se for further information.
EXCHANGES
We are unable to change the size or product by email or by means of a message on the return form. If you wish to exchange an item, you must exercise your right of withdrawal as described above and place a new order.
COMPLAINTS
You have the right to make a complaint about defective or incorrectly supplied products in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. If you receive a defective or incorrectly supplied product, please contact us at webshop@baltic.se.
A complaint must be made within a reasonable period after you discovered, or reasonably should have discovered, the defect. If you purchased the product through baltic.se, the complaint should be made directly to Baltic. If you purchased your Baltic product from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
Consumers are entitled to statutory rights in accordance with applicable European and national consumer protection legislation. These statutory rights are not limited or affected by any commercial warranty provided by Baltic.
In the event of a complaint, you may be required to return the defective product to us. Further information about returning products can be found under ‘Returns’ above. If, following inspection, the product is found not to be defective, we reserve the right to charge reasonable delivery and inspection costs where permitted by applicable law.
Proof of purchase must be provided when making a complaint.
WARRANTY
Baltic provides a two (2) year warranty on its products from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship and, at Baltic’s discretion, covers either the repair of the product or replacement with an equivalent product.
The warranty is conditional upon the product having been used for its intended purpose, handled with reasonable care and maintained in accordance with the applicable instructions for use, care and maintenance. Damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, inadequate care or maintenance, external influences or accidents is not covered by the warranty.
Unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific product, the warranty also applies for two (2) years where the product is used professionally or commercially.
In addition to this warranty, consumers retain their statutory rights under applicable European and national consumer protection legislation. These statutory rights exist independently of Baltic’s warranty and are neither restricted nor replaced by it.
For questions regarding the warranty or any other issue relating to your order, please contact us at webshop@baltic.se.
DELAYED DELIVERY
If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, you may cancel the purchase without charge if you do not accept a new proposed delivery date. If you have paid in advance and cancel the purchase because of delayed delivery, we will refund the amount paid. If you have not received notification that your parcel is available for collection within the estimated delivery period stated in the order confirmation, please contact us at webshop@baltic.se.
CHANGES TO DETAILS AFTER DISPATCH
Please check that your name and address are correct before completing your purchase. Your name must correspond with the identification you will use when collecting the parcel. Unfortunately, we are unable to amend delivery details once an order has been dispatched. If you provide an incorrect email address and/or telephone number, you may not receive notification that your order is ready for collection. If you experience any problems, please contact us at webshop@baltic.se.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
We value our customers and will always seek to resolve any complaint or dispute directly with you. If we are unable to resolve a consumer dispute, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), where applicable. These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under applicable law.

Baltic reserves the right to amend prices and correct printing or typographical errors. For orders placed by telephone or email, Baltic may charge an administration fee. Additional charges and/or costs relating to the purchase, such as delivery charges, may apply and will be specified in connection with the order and/or quotation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, payment must be made no later than 30 days after the invoice has been issued. In the event of late payment, annual default interest of 7.5 percentage points will accrue from the invoice due date until payment has been received. Baltic also reserves the right to charge reminder fees, late-payment fees and other reasonable collection costs associated with the overdue payment.
RETENTION OF TITLE
The products sold remain the property of Baltic until they have been paid for in full. If the products are subject to enforcement measures or the Buyer enters insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings, the Buyer must immediately notify Baltic and inform the relevant enforcement authority, bailiff or insolvency administrator of Baltic’s ownership of the products.
Baltic reserves the right to repossess the products if the Buyer fails to comply with the purchase agreement.
In the event of repossession, and unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Buyer must return the products to the address specified by Baltic at the Buyer’s own cost and risk. All costs associated with the repossession shall be borne by the Buyer.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the warranty period is two (2) years, including for products used professionally or commercially.
For questions regarding the warranty or any other issue relating to your order, please contact us at info@baltic.se.
ORDER INFORMATION
Orders and/or purchase orders must contain complete information about the Buyer, including the company name, company or registration number, delivery address and contact details.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Baltic reserves the right to carry out a credit check on the Buyer before accepting an order.
If Baltic accepts an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the Buyer. The order confirmation forms the basis of the order. The Buyer is expected to review it within 48 hours of receipt and notify Baltic promptly of any discrepancies. If no such notification is received within this period, the order confirmation will be deemed accepted by the Buyer.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TERMS
Baltic uses external delivery service providers to deliver the products. Estimated delivery times, delivery charges and other delivery terms will be specified in connection with the order and/or the relevant quotation.
COMPLAINTS
The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the products upon receipt. If the delivery does not correspond with the order, or if the products are damaged or otherwise defective, the Buyer must notify Baltic without delay. The Buyer may not rely on defects in the delivery or in an individual product unless Baltic is notified within ten (10) working days of the Buyer receiving the products.
Complaints must be submitted by email to info@baltic.se or by telephone on +46 (0) 506-369 90.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, defective products must be returned to: Baltic Safety Products AB, Industrivägen 7, 545 72 Älgarås, Sweden.
If, following inspection, the product is found not to be defective, Baltic is entitled to charge the Buyer for the associated delivery and inspection costs.
REMEDIES FOR DEFECTS
If a product is defective and the defect is not attributable to the Buyer or circumstances on the Buyer’s side, Baltic will remedy the defect within a reasonable period, taking account of the circumstances, by repair or replacement delivery.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
Baltic shall not be liable for damages or failure to perform an obligation where the damage or non-performance results from circumstances beyond Baltic’s reasonable control (“Force Majeure”) which prevent, materially impede or delay performance. The same applies where damage or non-performance results from delayed or failed deliveries by Baltic’s contractors or suppliers caused by Force Majeure.
Force Majeure events may include, without limitation, natural disasters, industrial action, strikes, fire, pandemics, war or threat of war, changes in legislation or regulation, and actions by public authorities.
If Baltic is prevented from performing the agreement due to Force Majeure, Baltic will notify the Buyer of the relevant circumstances, their impact and, where reasonably possible, when performance is expected to resume. Baltic is entitled to extend the delivery period by the duration of the impediment and by a reasonable additional period required to fulfil its obligations.
Baltic shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including, without limitation, third-party claims, loss of profit or other consequential damages. Baltic’s total liability for damages shall not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the product or products affected by the breach of contract.
The limitations of liability in these terms do not apply to the extent that they conflict with mandatory applicable law, including applicable product liability or product safety legislation.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be determined by the competent court in Skaraborg, Sweden, as the court of first instance.
